3 品種の完熟ブドウがもたらす芳醇な香りと、ワインに溶け込む樽のフレーバーがまとまりある香味を感じさせます。野生酵母を使用した発酵により味わいは奥深いながらも柔らかく、果実味とのバランスが印象的です。
