瓶内二次発酵による微発泡ワイン造りを得意とし、これまでも様々な微発泡ワインをリリースしてきましたが、あくまでも巨峰は補助的な役割でした。満を持して今回、渾身の巨峰主体の微発泡ワインが完成しました。
搾汁した巨峰果汁に若いピオーネ果汁をブレンドし、フレッシュな味わいを演出。11℃の低温でゆっくりと発酵させ、8ヶ月間瓶熟させました。デコルジュマンは行わず、自然な風味を大切にしています。今までの微発泡ワインとは違い、11%という高めのアルコール度数もこだわりのポイント。
福岡を代表するシャンパンやクレマンのような存在を目指し、巨峰ならではのチャーミングな香りとナチュラルな発泡感を表現しています。
