長野県の買い葡萄のベリーA、今年も痛みがあったので4日かけて一人で完璧に選果した思い出深いキュベです、3分の1は廃棄しました、、、選果の頑張りもあり、亜硫酸ゼロで醸造しました。葡萄の状態を見ながら、手除梗と全房を混ぜてMC、足で潰して野生酵母で発酵を進めます、プレス後古樽で熟成、瓶詰め。果実の感じ、酸、香、樽、がいい感じに、バランスがとれました。ポイントはちょうどいいベリーA感！とても優しく、綺麗で品がある感じです。今年も発売前に沢山飲んでしまいました。ラベルは切り絵作家の直井恵さん、茶柱、日々のちょっとした嬉び、些細な事を共感できる感覚。そんな日常を表現しました。皆様の日常のお食事に寄り添ってほしい思いです。
